Since Democrats and Republicans each represent roughly a third of the country's voters, how do you explain the enormous desparity between Fox and the liberal garbage chutes? They should be just about equal, no? Yet despite having rough parity in numbers politically, Fox totally whups up on the lib junksters. Not just this week, but EVERY week.

This is because independents don't watch your junk. Now, I suppose you're going to claim intellectual superiority over the group that put your cluck in office? I'll be sure and tell them how stupid they were!

Also, you're going to have a real hard time explaining the major Democratic constituencies (unions and minorities) and making the claim that Democrats are better educated unless something has changed while everyone else wasn't looking. Would you care for some educational statistics on your main constituencies, hmmmm? Hmmm? Wouldja?

the fact that the 3 major US cable media outets represent an extremely minor percentage of overall sources of information. For those of us who do not wish to undergo indoctrination every time we search for news or conduct research, there are 1,422 daily newspapers in the US, 6,253 weekly, not to mention tens of thousands out of Asia, Africa, the remainder of North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania. We have AM, FM and public radio (my favorite) outlets, not to mention, books and, of course, the grandaddy of them all...the internet. We also love to go global. Ours is not a navel-gazing myopia when it comes to unlimited opportunities to enrich the intellect and we do not need media celebs telling us what or how to think.

Just my opinion, but I think Chris Christie would be better off finishing his term as governor and then running in the next election - I like him, but it's just too soon for him.
