the poor uncomfortable it will kick them out of poverty, or something like that. He knew if you made poverty more comfortable, there’s a lot of people that would just sit back and not try.

We all need something to strive for, motivation, self pride in doing something ourselves. Instead people have no incentive to get out of poverty because we make it easy for them to live in poverty.

I'm more concerned about corporate welfare, where - the REAL money is going.

I've been an active smoker for 15 years. I grew up in a smoker's household, so I don't know what it's like to live without cigarettes around. I've tried to quit a few times, but never could get past the three-day hump. I've realized though, that I smoke to self-medicate ADD and depression, so I think that will make a difference this time. that I people I know who can least afford it are the ones who smoke, yet tell me they can't afford Chantix or other means to help them quit? It appears at least where I live that the people in the lower socioeconomic levels are the ones who are more likely to smoke. Is it that way where you live? I bet I'm not the only MT who has near-debilitating pain in the "sitz bones," aka ischial tuberosity pain. It's directly related to the fact that I sit all day long at my keyboard. I buy sweet potatoes by the box load, about 25 pounds at a time, also buy onions and oranges the same way at the farmer's market.
