Does anyone have any good techniques for quitting smoking? I've tried the patch and the gum and they didn't work and the pills are too expensive. I smoke the most while I'm working and need a break - too easy to get away from everything and step outside for a smoke. I need some alternative ideas from anyone that has also gone through this.
I'm really ready to quit, but I'm lost as to how to do it. I'm ready to listen and try any and all ideas ;)
