How Sitting All Day Is Killing Your Body

I bet I'm not the only MT who has near-debilitating pain in the "sitz bones," aka ischial tuberosity pain. It's directly related to the fact that I sit all day long at my keyboard. I've tried buying ergonomic chairs and expensive seat cushions, adjusting my desk, sitting up as straight as I can, all to no avail. I woke up 2 days ago with the worst shoulder pain ever and went to the doc where he did an x-ray. It showed I have a loose body in the joint space.
