So much for nonviolent protest in Wisconsin..

Posted: Mar 3, 2011

Listen to the whole thing...it really gets nasty with the female voice screaming F you F you.  Kudos to the Dem senator who finally was able to turn the mob back.  Hey, rest of the Wisconsin workers who are NOT public union members...they are basically saying F you too, pay up.

Oh...and no palm trees here.  LOL.

;

I didn't see any head stomping, spitting, or racial slurs - Nope, not t-p -nm

[ In Reply To ..]

When you can't refute, attack. you are nothing - if not predictable.

[ In Reply To ..]
I guess the gal yelling F you is the new poster child for the public workers union in Wisconsin? Sweeettt. LOL.

If you want head stomping, check out the SEIU video. Definitely NOT t-p. Check out the video where the guy got his finger bit out. Definitely NOT t-p.

Some of them finally went over the top and all you can do is deflect.

If would be funny if it were not so pathetic. And you want people to buy all this crud that has been posted and believe that you guys really care about the poor and downtrodden or in what is RIGHT and true. ROFL.

Agree. They are so pathetic that its sad. They - are also total hypocrites! nm

[ In Reply To ..]

Oh, believe me. We understand when YOU do - it, it is ok. Which is why...

[ In Reply To ..]
have ceased to put in any stock in anything you say. Just keep on...this kind of thing is what got your heads handed to you in the midterms, and it is what will hand it to you again in 2012. Like it or not, you have been exposed for what you are, and rather than realize that and try to change, you keep marching right down that same road.

Which is kinda sad really....for you.

It tickles me, actually. The tea partiers really don\'t have to do a thing. You are doing it for them. Please...proceed and thank you!!

I watched it several times and didn't see anyone vicious at all - but I saw freedom of speech

[ In Reply To ..]
I was very unimpressed at that very arrogant senator who looked down on them as not as good as he is and called them slobs. I didn't like that at all. I don't care what party he represents, he was disagraceful. I saw him interviewed and he was increasingly offensive. If they had let him talk more, he would have talked himself completely out of a job. No respectable Republican would want him representing them.

And you want to be taken seriously. If you didn't - see the pushing and shoving

[ In Reply To ..]
and didn't hear the F you's...which in my opinion puts "slobs" to shame and frankly slobs is too kind a word for that kind of nonsense...and you didn't see the other protestors and hear in their voice when they started the "peaceful" chant so the violent ones would cease and desist...then you were not paying attention.

What a surprise.

OMG! You need to open your eyes... gee. - Wake up ! nm

Why would you think posting this again would get - any different results?

[ In Reply To ..]
Maybe you think you can pawn this off as a different video ala Fixed News than the one we already discussed at length below. My earlier post still applies. I wonder if the gov, who is supposed to honor and enforce WI laws, is still in violation of that pesky court order?

Locked doors, bolted windows, ID checks block public Capitol access - in violation of court order.

Posted: Mar 2nd, 2011 - 5:46 pm In Reply to: Senator mobbed by protestors - tpotmt

These are just a few things not included in this blatently biased account of the incident. This video shows the anger reaction to their INITIAL discovery of Walker's abrupt change in policy (implemented in the middle of the night like the coward he is) leading up to his Tuesday night speech.

MSNBC had Grothman on the night before and during his interview, he called the protesters "a bunch of slobs." So much for civil discourse. Even the police refused to become palace guards and would not carry out the gov's orders (which were in violation of the court's restraining order that clearly stated the building MUST be kept open to protesters and visitors). Guess that would answer the question, "where are the police?" They were hanging around obeying and upholding the law.

Evidently, illegal decrees by King Domino the First/Reagan Reincarnate did not set well with the citizens of Madison, who have every right to enter THEIR OWN capitol building. Cant say I blame them one bit.

They probably don't want to talk about cuts to - low income nutrition, heating, education and healt

[ In Reply To ..]

Okay. Are YOU willing to pay higher taxes - to keep those things you

[ In Reply To ..]
mentioned in place? If the majority of the state IS, it should be a simple matter. All of you are NOT limited in how much tax you pay...you are only forced to pay what the tax codes call for. If you want to make sure those programs stay funded, then cough up more tax money and send it in. Trust me, they will take it. There is no cap on how much tax you want to pay in. I am sure the governor would be thrilled.

Ohhhhhh you only want the "rich" in wisconsin to cough it up, right?

Deflect all you want. The video tells the story... - and NOW you are saying

[ In Reply To ..]
okay, well, yeah they were violent but they were provoked??? COME ON. And if you will look at that video, you show me ANY news person holding that camera, Fox or anyone else. If it is so innocent, why did none of the other outlets show it? You can bet your booties they would have if it had been a Dem senator being shoved around. It is obvious from the other protestors voices chanting peace, peace that they were afraid it was going to get even further out of hand. Of course, you would have to get the BIAS out of your ears to hear that.

And are F-you's screamed at someone worse than calling someone a slob...uhhh.....YES. But I guess as long as the F-you's are going against the people you dislike, it's A-ok in your books?

Don't know about the governor being in violation of a court order, but he could have learned that from the President...who instructed the justice department not to enforce a law that is on the books. Talking about the pot calling the kettle black. THIS is why no one believes the left anymore. They are the side of do as we SAY, not as we DO, and don't pay attention when we won't defend the rights of EVERYONE. We really DO care about EVERYONE, really we do. Oh DO you now????

Slightly exaggeration there in your last statement...there was a pretty good crowd but I would venture a guess that ALL the citizens of Madison were not on board with the pushing, shoving and F-yous...I would say about 98% of them weren't there, and would venture another guess that a large percentage of them are just embarrassed by the whole thing.

If I had kids in school, I would be trying to find out what that gal screaming F-you teaches and where. Not sure I would want her for a role model.

LOL

This little cluster of facts - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
sure seems to get your dander up. Speaking of deflecting, why not try addressing them? The gov bolted the windows, locked the doors and required ID checks to gain access to the PUBLIC Capitol building. He ignored a court-ordered restraining order. What part of illegal are you not getting here?

If they did this in Texas, they would storm the palace, get a rope and use the Clint Eastwood remedy. All things considered, Grothman's SLOBS remained remarkably calm. It is not that difficult to understand the rage. The senator was able to pass through the crowd. They shouted "shame" at the top of their lungs. He and his despot governor earned at least that much. No physical violence ensued. If you werent so busy trying to exhume this dead horse so you can beat it again you would be able to realize that. After all, you were able to excuse the kill-the-bill tpot dude for spitting in a congressman's face. No need to drag out that knee jerk denial. That video speaks for itself.
That's what I saw when I watched the video too - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
The senator, when interviewed, insulted their appearance, their intelligence, and the fact that they had the nerve to speak out when they disagreed with him. He apparently didn't think the "little people" have that right. That would be fine if we were back in England bowing to royalty, but, thank God, we are not. We get to speak out. Yes, he has the right to insult our looks and intelligence, but it will probably come back to bite him at election time.
...and screaming F you at people is not insulting? - guess you missed that
[ In Reply To ..]
in the video? The Dem senator screaming at the Republican "you're dead!!"

Wow...selective hearing at its best.

lol.
All the times I watched it on CNN, FOX, etc., I didn't see or hear that - but would not approve of it
[ In Reply To ..]
I'll take your word for it. That kind of behavior happens on both sides, and it's wrong no matter who does it. I didn't see it, and like I said, I watched it on CNN, MSNBC, and FOX. Some of them are decent people who are just exhausted. Others are crude and vulgar, on both sides, and they are in the habit of using bad language. I don't like that no matter who does it.
We agree on that and that is my point. It is - disgusting whether right or
[ In Reply To ..]
left does it, I don't care WHAT the reason for it is. Bullying, pushing, shoving, foul-mouthed ranting, spitting have no place in any of it. Probably the reason you did not hear it on broadcast TV is they would probably have to have beeped the F word anyway.

Whats gets my dander up is that you excuse.. - physical mob violence
[ In Reply To ..]
and vulgar, profane screeching, and act like a spit in the face is akin to shooting someone. My point is....it is ALL ugly.

And if you are so high on keeping the law, why aren't you screaming about Obama telling the justice department not to enforce the defense of marriage act? Aww of course...because you AGREE with breaking THAT law.

Funny you heard SHAME at the top of their lungs and did not hear "F YOU" which drowned out the shame, or the shaky voiced "peaceful, peaceful" with their own trying to rein them in.

If you saw BOTH sides of it, I would find you credible. All this is is more refuting. Did not buy it then, don't buy it now. If a protestor had done the spitting, oh, it would be because HE had a "reason."

I did not see the video of the spitting and I do NOT condone spitting. I do NOT condone physical violence. I do NOT condone F YOU at the top of the lungs.

You, however, condone whatever the protestors do because "they have a reason."

And you really, REALLY want to be taken seriously?

Poster up top was right. Arrogance is astounding.
I did hear the "SHAME!" and "PEACEFUL" - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
I would have been right there with them yelling, "SHAME!" and I'm glad that they were trying to keep things peaceful. I didn't hear any bad language.
Then you did not listen to the video posted above. - or you are storying. nm

This Is What I See Coming For WisconsinMar 17, 2011
I have copied and pasted something someone wrote that pretty much sums up Scott (slime) Walker's intentions.   Diane Ravitch has it in a nutshell. Of Scott Walker, she writes: He expects that over time, most public workers will stop paying dues, especially now that they have to pay more for their healthcare and pension benefits. And thus will he cripple, perhaps permanently, a perennial political opponent. If Gov. Walker succeeds, there will be no organized voice to oppose hi ...
