One was for an outstanding warrant, one for public drinking, and one was an antiabortion protestor for annoying other attendees and violating a court order. Three. (None for marijuana, BTW.)
The protestor had climbed a tree at the Mall and was yelling (as one would expect of a protestor, of course) throughout the ceremonies. Police couldn't talk him down, and he he climbed 40 feet up to avoid them, so they decided to let him be--for 5 cold hours--and when he finally climbed down he was arrested.

There were other protests away from the Mall, including that bizarre church group from Kansas that likes to disrupt military funerals, who according to Rachel Maddow trolled for attention by bothering people around them, trying to get on TV, but apparently failed. At least I never saw them mentioned.
