Obama's camp has no problem discussing the grandfolks. With all that's going on with MC and SS, it's a perfectly legitimate area of inquiry. It's not the reporter's fault this opens up a can of worms for Mr and Mrs All-American, and complicates the inspiring role model images they're trying to project. It's got nothing to do with bias and everything to do with trying to know who the candidate is and where he's coming from. It's not as though the polygamy comes as a big surprise, but the absconding from prevailing US laws is a horse of a different color. IMO, it adds an intriguing sense of adventure to the Mr Milquetoast's persona.
