Same old, same old. Feels free to say any vicious thing she wants about others and then follows with a "poor picked-upon me" joke. She rails at imagined comments denigrating Alaska as inferior to the mainland and then makes a joke about Alaskans having frozen faces. And those getups -- her trademark style of combining a dressy suit jacket with blue jeans --- twang, twang, twang. Wasilla hillbilly.

You called something correctly. I am a lady. That being said, I am not going to write what I am thinking about you at this time. Since you seem to be a mind reader, maybe you know how I am feeling toward you. I am not adopting a victim manner. I don't smile when I see your name and I have seen it often on here. Try being happy and satisfied for one minute. The world is rough enough. I can go through each day without being an attacker and victim. My family status and age matter to me. I've seen all types come an go. Being a grandmother has helped me to see the world through new eyes. Not all is dark and not all of us have an ulterior motive. See if that cracks your facade.

I have also to admit that she is a pretty woman with a great figure. She looks fantastic. A lot of issues about her are controversial, but THIS is a fact.

Does it really matter if the Pres is "qualified?" Qualifications help only to get elected. When eleced the Press has very little to decide, the wheelings and dealings start, and he is reduced to a puppet.

promise a lot during campaigning and cannot keep their promises after being elected, this applies also to Obama, as we are seeing, although he is trying, it does not really matter who becones the President.

Then, let us at least have an "attractive" President. Obama's good looks contributed a lot getting him elected.

Same might happen with Sarah in 2012. I think she will run for President, just to show "them," even the Republicans
who blame her for McCain's failure.

Who will be the other candidates and the choice of her running mate, will be crucial.

McCain by his lengthy experience. Obama by his brilliance, political savvy and personal integrity. I'm all for Rhodes scholars and Harvard Law Review presidents running for public office. Guess that and the fact I don't want to have a beer with him/her and yuck it up makes me a democract.

experience is largely overrated. Every situation is unique and asks for a different consideration and decision, even if it is somehow similar.

(Can the older generation really give practical advice to the younger generation? This applies also to the parent:child relation).

Till now the only brilliance that I see in Obama is his looks, and even this will be fading through the years.

You really need to lighten up. I don't particularly care for her when she's talking political, but she was funny, which is what the Tonight show is about.

Well, me neither, but objectively I have to admit that she was very good on Leno and is much less the "Wasilla hillbilly" she was in '08. I never thought she would be much of an asset to the Republicans after the campaign, but I think I was wrong.

Palin was immediately rejected and ridiculed when McCain announced her as his running mate, because she is pretty. Being pretty equals for many being dumb, ALTHOUGH she was at that time the governor of Alaska.

Had McCain chosen an ugly running mate, nobody would have taken this rejecting attitude, right from the beginning, instead: Why did McCain chose her? She is ugly, so she must be smart.

Think about Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, and Hillary Clinton here, please, and realize that your opinions about Palin's subpar intelligence do not carry water.
