Obama's children, and wife, are constantly threatened with death by people who hate them because he's their father, they're little black girls living in the White House, or whatever else vicious and demented minds can come up with. Despicable but true.
This guy would stop blowing hot air, using his children as an excuse, and really start understanding fear if a very fallible federal cordon of protection was all that stood between them and people who don't just threaten assassination but too often really intend to come kill them.

It also makes you realize that the writer was correct when stating that the police are usually 5 minutes or more away from where a crime is being committed. I watched 1 or 2 episodes of Panic 911 and the time on those incidents are usually 10 minutes or more, even in large cities.
