Obama wants to turn this into gun control and I am sure Hilary will do the same. The guns just do not get up and shoot by themselves, PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE. You can have as much gun control as you want, there will always be a way to get a gun. We have to call it what it is, radical Islam etiology, and find solutions to that problem but I fear we are too late for that as it has gone on for far too long. I do not feel that it was all because of being homophobic and the club was singled out, it was to make a statement and it just sickens me to think that our government just totally ignored this and allowed this man to infiltrate the system under Obama's watch. This was his job and it falls on him and he FAILED. We need to pray and make our lives right, that is all.

Bad guys will still get guns even if they're banned outright. And arming every citizen in America with concealed weapons won't change the outcome of these attacks, either. Unfortunately there are a LOT of crazies in this world, and the larger the human population becomes, then by the law of averages, the more crazies and acts of violence there will be. I don't know what the answer is, but regardless of the gun issue, I think mental health has to be taken more seriously in this country, and the cost & stigma removed from it so more people will seek help.
And then there's the elephant in the room: HOW ON EARTH was the Orlando shooter allowed to buy military-grade weapons, when he had already been investigated TWICE by the FBI? That alone should've put the guy on some kind of a no-guns-for-you list.
