No-Fly zone passes 10-1 at the U.N.

Obama states we will not be taking the lead in this but, according to the following news article, we will be taking the lead assisted by France and Britain.

Diplomatic sources in Paris said military action might come as soon as today and could include France, Britain, possibly the U.S. and one or more Arab states.

in the lead on this and they made us fly AROUND France, not over it, to bomb Libya after Libya brought down the plane at Lockerbie. How the worm turns.

That being said...if a fight starts, what do you think? If France and Britain ask for boots on the ground, what is Obama going to do? Is the test Biden talked about?

The left doesn't know what to say because they don't know what their leader is really going to do yet. They are afraid to say we should go in, in case we don't. They are afraid to say we shouldn't, in case we do. Much easier when the other guy has to make the decision and then criticize him for it, whatever decision he makes. Now their guy is the decision maker. Not even an attack on our soil or a "trumped-up" threat of WMD to "justify" military intervention. I mean, they didn't care enough that Hussein gassed thousands and tortured and murdered thousands more...that was not enough to go into Iraq. Now saving the rebels in Libya will be enough...?

Interesting connundrum for the left...don't go in, rebels get slaughtered and you have to contend with that. Go in, start another war we can't back out of....get accused of colonization and nation building and it's all about the oil...have to contend with that.

The boot is on the other foot....let's just see how it plays out.

Looks like Gaddafi blinked....which is great - news. I just hope it is

Beginning March 12, the city will prohibit restaurants, mobile food carts, delis and concessions at movie theaters, stadiums or arenas from selling sugary drinks in cups or containers larger than 16 ounces. Don't think it will pass the House.
