No-Fly Zone over Colonial Williamsburg

U.S. establishes new no-fly zone…over Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia
(as Obamas plan a weekend getaway)
Going on holiday often involves a fair bit of planning but the U.S. President has the small problem of a possible White House shut down first.
Barack Obama, first lady, Michelle and their two daughters Malia and Sasha were hoping for a bit of down time together this weekend and have reportedly set their sights on the historic city of Williamsburg in Virginia.
But the Federal Aviation Administration this week established a no-fly zone over Williamsburg which will be in place from Friday until Monday - just in time for the planned visit.

It's just too easy at times to make comments on the president's weekend plans. I'll be nice this time...

And your point is what? - Huh

Do you have something to say about this, or are you just being the town crier?

I think the posted article says what - needs to be said.

Of course, you have to actually read it first. So this post was just to make the drive-by potshot town crier comment?

Poster sounds a little paranoid. There's nothing wrong with the article. Why does there have to be an ulterior motive? He's taking the family on a weekend vacation. That's the story. No pot-shots were taken. Gheez.
Well, then perhaps if you had said that - instead of the town crier

if anybody was planning on going to Williamsburg this weekend, they might have a hard time getting in there, that's all.

Don't be so miserable. It's Friday.

I doubt that he actually gets the weekend off, but a weekend is hardly a big vacation - We all get weekends - even presidents

I, for one, am glad that he gets a weekend, although I doubt that it will be work-free.
Not all of us get weekends. - Backwards Typist

I used to work 7 days a week. Never had a weekend off in 30 years. Now I just sit on my butt and keep up on politics. LOL
Apparently you have lots of company with the rest of us. - LOL

It's amazing that we take a break from work and come in here to argue, isn't it? At least occasionally someone says a friendly word and makes it all worth while, even if we don't agree on much.
