No, Obama never did say that but Trump spent what, 18+ months calling him out on that, the lack of using that phrase. Now that Trump is in the White House, he backed off on using the phrase he beat Obama over the head with.

If voters think they're going to get exactly what a candidate campaigned for (especially an outsider who has little idea what's in store), they need to come back to reality. As far as Hillary wanting to "open the spigot" you believe the rhetoric created by Trump and the republicans but don't mention the fact that the republicans want to have a healthcare system that would possibly prevent people such as that troubled drunk to be able to get mental health services to help them. I realize he was a vet and that is not included in their plan because he would be covered under the VA, but there are a lot of troubled individuals that would be affected that are not vets and if preexisting conditions include mental health then there will be many who will be priced out of the mental healthcare they are getting at the moment that might be preventing them from performing such acts and we could have more incidents like that in our country due to that.

We should not be focused solely on radical Islamic terrorists, we should be focusing on all acts of terrorism who kill in the name of religion or mass murderers who are most definitely sick individuals and kill masses of people for a reason.
