Jeffrey Immelt voting for Romney - complains Obama hasn't

Posted: Aug 23, 2012

Of course he hasn't.  He has no intentions of trying to fix anything.  Crash and burn, says Obama about a country he hates.

and methinks very telling.

Joe Immelt - the master of outsourcing - Pretty sad statement on BO

KOK has been too busy holding fundraisers (210+), partying in Hollywood, playing golf, and shooting B-ball...now you expect him to actually work? Gotta get out of sun..lolol. KOK has no intention of helping anyone but himself.

Uh-Oh, Mr Bill. R&R now own the guy who cons love to - kick around and throw up

in Obama's face as the evil out-sorcerer. I see a spontaneous rhetorical 180 in the near future for the wingers' well-worn whipping post. Now they'll have to pretend they've never heard of such things.

So GE's CEO has partnered up with the Outsourcer-In-Chief wannabe and his #2, huh? Can't say I'm sorry to see the old albatross go home to roost. His appointment was never more than a kowtowing nod to the repugs back in the day when Obama still believed he could compromise with the brick wall collective.

Betcha from this day forward, butter wouldn't melt in Immelt's mouth. Hope Y'all enjoy the baggage he brings with him, since it was the cons who helped bring it all out into the light of day.

Seems you and Biden hung up on the same "slave" page - Nobody owns anyone

Immelt seems to play the side of the fence that best suits him at any given time. When Immelt was wiping BOs behind, you were happy to hand him the paper. Now that you bring it up, the flip-flopping fits right in with the King of Kenya...why so disturbed about that? King of Kenya, staff, and associates have more flip flops than a beach.
Tell it to the cons who've been trying - to hang him around

O's neck for years now. I guess that's the kind of thanks he gets for trying to include the pubs in his administration. Dissing and non-stop character assassinations of any and all of his appointees. It will be interesting to see how they go about cleaning up all the slime they've been throwing all over him since the moment he accepted his position.

BTW, you'd be wrong to assume you know what makes me happy. I never did like Immelt, and I liked Obama's kowtowing to the repugs even less.

Finally, my command of wingerpeak is rather weak, and I have no interest in honing those skills, so you'll excuse while I go find someone who knows how to discuss a political issue in plain English.
Tell them yourself-not your mouthpiece - Don't give rat's *** what makes U happy

:D derp

That seems to be true. Mr. Immelt is a self-identified - Republican, FWIW. NM

But more importantly.... - SK

His company took a $140B+ bailout from the feds and he chairs the Council on Jobs.... Appointed by Obama.

They'll be quick to discount your post - and blame Immelt's sleaziness

[ In Reply To ..]
Immelt is reponsible for his own actions or lack thereof...not a political party. Immelt chose to align himself with Obama and now the rats are leaving the sinking ship. Guess Immelt sees the writing on the wall and the Obama taxpayer funded gravy train is coming to an end.

Romney: Abortion legislation not 'part of my agenda' By Elise Viebeck - 10/10/12 08:10 AM ET     Mitt Romney is in hot water after appearing to flip-flop on abortion in an interview. Speaking with the Des Moines Register on Tuesday, Romney said "there is no legislation with regards to abortion that I'm familiar with that would become part of my agenda." The remark contradicts Romney's past commitment to ensuring U.S. ...

Clinton's Big Lie: OBAMA HASN'T HAD TIMESep 06, 2012
Take a look at the dire situation that America was experiencing in 1981, when Reagan took office, and take a look at what the economy looked like 3 years later. What Clinton meant to say (his teleprompter malfunctioned) was "No president who's as inept as this one could fix the economy in 4 years - and I doubt he can do it in 8 years either, if he keeps on going the way he's going."   ...

I heard on Mark Simone's NY radio show today that the 4 groups of people who put Obama through to the presidency were (1) African Americans, (2) Hispanic Americans, (3) young people and (4) single women. Those 4 groups of people are also the ones most negatively impacted by this current economy. Isn't that just wonderful? The ones who helped put him in office are the ones reaping the least reward for doing so. What a guy! The most recent unemployment numbers are higher than the natio ...

Voting For Obama Is Like Losing Virginity?Oct 26, 2012
Wow...first it was vote like your lady parts depend on it and now we are losing our virginity when we vote for Obama.  Can democratic women think of anything besides their who-ninnies?  I find that much more offensive than binders of women.  At least those binders helped women get jobs.  Losing the V-card by voting for Obama is disturbing to say the least. Mandatory Voting? Obama Says It Would Be 'transformative'Mar 19, 2015
They say the only two things that are certain in life are death and taxes. President Barack Obama wants to add one more: voting. Obama floated the idea of mandatory voting in the U.S. while speaking to a civic group in Cleveland on Wednesday. Asked about the corrosive influence of money in U.S. elections, Obama digressed into the related topic of voting rights and said the U.S. should be making it easier — not harder— for people to vote. Just ask Australia, where citizens have no ...

Romney 48%, Obama 43%Apr 17, 2012
48 to 43 is pretty close. In a poll registered voters were asked if election was held today who would you vote for. 48 Romney and 43 for Obama. What this says is it's very close and it still gives me hope that the Romney haters don't outweigh the ones who have a clear mind and will vote based on what is best for the country. So all the haters can spin all they want. Reading so many posts below I had to take what was posted and go research for myself and found out that most of wh ...

See pages 94-96 of Obama's sequestration budget plan.  Yes, Romney believes that FEMA has been over-funded for the results that we've actually gotten from the agency (which are perfectly miserable) - but the difference is, Romney plans to redistribute the money to the states and it isn't therefore a cut to emergency funding.  Under Obama's plan, the money would be used to fund OBAMACARE.
