She was a Goldwater republican who referred to herself as a Tory. Naturally, that's what I called myself, since I didn't know any better. I repeated everything she said whenever I was around political discussions. It made me feel like an adult. Then I grew up and found my own political footing in my own time through my own life's experience. By the time I was old enough to vote I had done a complete 180, and have stayed there ever since.

You are right. The kid did a great presentation and her parents, who obviously helped her A LOT with this assignment, should be very proud of her. However, like (shut up, the men are talking) Mika B on Morning Joe, exploiting kids to deliver a political message they have no way of truly understanding is irresponsible on the part of the grown-ups in the room.

What I took away from the video is that even a 13-year old can handle a whiteboard presentation better than Candidate Wannabe.

That is what you do with your child, you instill them with your belief system. Then, why they move out, they can chose for themselves.

Should we leave it to the schools, their friends, other people?

Now about exploiting kids to deliver political messages - did you see all those Obama videos done by kids when Obama was first elected. Most of them seem to have been done in schools, not private residences. Talk about indoctrination. It's not indoctrination if you teach your children your views, it is indoctrination when you force other people's children your views. Just my opinion.

48 to 43 is pretty close. In a poll registered voters were asked if election was held today who would you vote for. 48 Romney and 43 for Obama. If you've gotten a new credit card recently, it may have an RFID chip embedded in it. It will have ))))) printed on it. I think Chase cards are using it, but others will follow. These cards can be scanned by anyone with a scanner and get your information. You can call the company and request a card without the chip, or buy an RFID protective sleeve or wallet (dirt cheap on Amazon). Big brother is watching us! ...

Does it bother you at all if they say they cannot pay anything back yet when they seem to be running out spending money left and right on random stuff while that interest on that card starts going up.
