How to vote

Voting is like driving a car....

Select (D) to go forward
Select (R) to go backwardsTongue out

;

You mean select R to go foward and select D to go backwards - Just trying to correct the error

[ In Reply To ..]
Particularly I don't want to go backwards which is what the democrats are doing. We've made some pretty good strives to go foward just to be kicked back by the democrats.

D for forward, R for backward - muddy waters

[ In Reply To ..]
The original statement was correct. Don't try to fox news the truth.

D is for Dig a hole, and we have done that for - the last 3-plus years.... enough!! nm

Obama will be reelected - you have some time
[ In Reply To ..]
to come to terms with that. At least be gracious to those of us who admire President Obama and have worked so hard on his campaigns.
Before you tell anyone to come to terms with anything - you should at least wait for the election
[ In Reply To ..]
Unless you are taking part in rigging elections then you do not know who will win. Sure you want your lord to win. But don't get so sure of yourself. Everyone thought Gore won and he didn't and everyone though Kerry won and he didn't.

So you need to come to terms with the fact that the election is in November.

The simple fact is you do not know he will win (i.e. put into the position). Who knows, maybe they are so sick of everything going on, no bc yet, going to wars w/o approval, etc, etc they might just say lets get a different face in, but someone who will still be working for us.

So until the election is over I wouldn't be proclaiming your lord has already one. Please, for your own safety, put the kool-aid down.

It doesn't take a you know what to realize this issue is still on the table. And why? Because it's one of those questions that need to be answered but isn't being answered and never was addressed. You can try and sweep it under the table all you want, but it just doesn't disappear like some magic act. It just isn't discussed much here on this board because you have the you know what's who come out and try and downplay that the issue is still alive.

Besides whether or not you like it, this issue (and the name of the forgerer) is being discussed by people higher up. Time will tell. I will sit back, let them do their jobs, then wait for the final decision. Psssst....waving a forged document does not dupe everyone.

No, orginal statement was not correct. D-backwards, R-Forward - Just trying to correct the error

[ In Reply To ..]
Did you not read what I wrote. Thought I explained it in pretty simple terms. Besides, Fox has nothing to do with what I wrote. The last 3 years of watching, reading, listening, laws implemented, racial tensions taking us back to the 1950s and 1960s erasing everything MLK worked for is not going forward. So, no, the original statement was not correct. And no amount of lies can change what has happened.
D forward, R backward. Drive is forward - R is reverse
[ In Reply To ..]
as in backward. I fortunately have worked with slow children, so I am patient when it comes to repeating information.
Yes, but you are repeat incorrect information - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
Unless you are one of those slow children you have no excuse.

D = drive. That is when you are driving a vehicle. D also means democrat, dumbbell (or dumba**), dunce, demon. Probably was thinking of those words to equate with the D.

R = Responsible, resilient, reliable, right (as in correct).

The only thing politics and driving have in common is that like some people who don't know how to drive, those same people don't know how to vote for the right person. And if you voted for the wrong person, most likely you don't know how to drive either.

Besides I explained it in pretty simple terms what the democrats are doing that has taken us backwards in time. You said you "teach"? slow students? That's really bad if you don't know truth from lies. i understand too about having to repeat things over and over. I have a special needs niece. She may be slow, but at least she knows right from wrong. I too have much patience if you need me to keep repeating.
D - also

stands for demonize. Sorry you feel need to sling about silly names for people who disagree with you politically. The spirit of the nation was intended to live tolerantly with those we disagree with. Now would you like another graham cracker?
Also reading something not there - and no worse than the silly names - from people who disagree with republicans/independ
[ In Reply To ..]
I tolerate people who disagree with me quite well. I don't call them teabaggers (gag), idiots, stupid, ignorant, etc.

Maybe this will make you feel better:

D - Dashing, dainty, desirable, decent.

R - Rotten, ridiculous, rabbid.

There, feel better?

characterize President Obama. It means you should never be proud and overconfident. I think the President is proud, proud of our country, not self pride...and he is never "overconfident". I think he has confidence in the American people and enough of us patriotic Americans have confidence in him and will work tirelessly to make sure he is re-elected.
Not stupid if you understand it - Could not disagree with you more
[ In Reply To ..]
Yeah - we all get you love Obama; so what? Obama is the most arrogant, obnoxious, inept, inadequate, inexperienced, rude, condescending, overconfident, prideful prez I have ever seen.

NEVER comments about his love for America; quite the opposite. Try LISTENING to his God-awful, divisive, fear-mongering, class warfare speeches.

The American people have far more love for this country and common sense than that idiot (Obama) gives credit for. The PATRIOTIC AMERICANS have no confidence in Obaman and will work tirelessly to kick his sorry behind into the street and out of OUR HOUSE.

Now flame.

[ In Reply To ..]
No, I did not say that. I said "The only thing politics and driving have in common is that like some people who don't know how to drive, those same people don't know how to vote for the right person". Now, do you see the word Democrat or Republican in that sentence. I can go even one better and answer that for you. The correct answer would be "no". I simply stated the only thing driving and politics have in common and bad drivers and bad voters. You can try and read into that all you want. My post was simply to point out that driving a car in forward, backward, or neutral does not equate to liberals, conservatives/independents, libertarians, etc. Besides as I've pointed out the history of what has happened over the past three years clearly shows that forward does not equal democrats and backwards does not equal republicans. For the obvious reasons we have seen. The democrats have pushed us back to oh, about 1961 when racial tensions were very high. But that's the way they like it. Martin Luther King, well heck just forget him. The democrats prefer to have racial wars and pretend MLK never existed.

Hope that cleared it up (even though it was written in pretty simple terms). Have a wonderful day. Sun is shining and birds are singing, time to go tend to my gardens now.

You have to reduce it to the simplest terms for those looking for a fight all the time on this board. Even with such precise clarity, it'll get one of them ol' libs spoiling for a fight and then they'll twist your words all around. What they do best. Glad to see you got their panties in a wad.

anything racial is to bring all those covert bigots into the limelight. People have shown their true colors. They try so hard to deny that their hatred of Obama is not because of race, but IMO it is quite obvious.

[ In Reply To ..]
Yeah, you heard me. Can't wait to thro your beloved racist card at anyone not bowing to Obama. Shows your racist beliefs. No policy of Obama's has worked. BTW - your race baiting, and racism rants are getting old; yeah, even for us blacks. Call the DNC for a new list of talking points; we're sick of the race card and have been for a long time. YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR ME OR US, just the twisted libs who abuse/use the race card every chance they get. Cannot wait to hear your racist comments directed at a black on this board. Bring it!
