Voting is like driving a car....
Select (D) to go forward
Select (R) to go backwards
You mean select R to go foward and select D to go backwards - Just trying to correct the error

The only thing politics and driving have in common is that like some people who don't know how to drive, those same people don't know how to vote for the right person. And if you voted for the wrong person, most likely you don't know how to drive either.

My post was simply to point out that driving a car in forward, backward, or neutral does not equate to liberals, conservatives/independents, libertarians, etc. Besides as I've pointed out the history of what has happened over the past three years clearly shows that forward does not equal democrats and backwards does not equal republicans. For the obvious reasons we have seen. The democrats have pushed us back to oh, about 1961 when racial tensions were very high. But that's the way they like it. Martin Luther King, well heck just forget him. The democrats prefer to have racial wars and pretend MLK never existed.
