equal pay.  They just want to keep women where they belong...barefoot and pregnant.

They're also anti-science. Don't belive in evolution, - or in global warming. :-/

Most likely, more than just a few of them still believe the world is flat.

Don't belive in evolution, - or in global warming - especially w/so many fake documents

[ In Reply To ..]
Typical. Can't support your opinion with facts, lie. "Most likely more than few" still believe that garbage.
So where are your documents proclaiming the - earth to be flat? -sm

Was that in the latest edition of the National Enquirer?

I, for one, am about as republican as they get, - Just another poster

and the only thing I am against listed would be abortions but would not go as far as to want them to be illegal as I do feel a mother should have to make the choice if a young female were to be raped. Why would you think that? I have taken birth control, as I would think a good portion of conservative women have. My husband has had a vasectomy, so we obviously are not against any of that. If you want birth control, simple, you just go to your doctor and get a prescription. We are not against that at all. This to me shows a level of personal responsibility. No one is trying to outlaw it. Equal pay? Why would we be against that? There are a lot of conservatives in this country. Do you really think people believe we are against that?

To just another poster - This was just another drive by

with no facts. They throw up these outrageous blankets statements, all or nothing, that are not grounded in any truth at all. Once you recognize the repeat offenders, pretty easy to skip over. Their comments are as ridiculous as saying every Democrat is brain dead. They make those juvenile comments just to flame.

Oh, please! - Old and Tired MT

I for one don't care what women do, but I don't want to have to pay for them having s*x with every man around on my money. If that's what they want to do, then they can pay for it themselves. I am so sick of the "entitlement" attitude that prevails in this country. People need to take some responsibility for their OWN actions!

Old and Tired MT - you go girl!

[ In Reply To ..]
I am right there with you. Next thing you, they'll be FORCING us to wipe someone's A_ _ because they are entitled. Don't care if someone wants to have 50 sex partners, screw themselves stupid (seems most are now more than half-way there), but pay for your stuff yourself. No accountability at all. These are the same ones screaming about smokers being responsible...what a joke these entitlement-minded babies are. Now the flamers will start with the "benefits".

Just watch Maury, etc. - Old and Tired MT

These stupid women have 6 guys paternity tested to see who the "baby daddy" is, and then they are SO upset to find out it isn't any one of them. How many guys are these women sleeping with anyway? How about some common sense? Oh, I forgot, that went away years ago----.
You don't actually believe those people are real, do you? - And on the off chance that they are, -sm
[ In Reply To ..]
Do you really want them reproducing like gerbils?

Likely those people were the result of unwanted pregnancies, themselves.

I'd rather my tax dollars went to prevent unwanted pregnancies, than to deal with the consequences of welfare moms, crack kids, and overpopulation.
Like they are going to be smart enough to use it? - Old and Tired MT
[ In Reply To ..]
They are so stupid, they probably haven't figured out what causes it yet! The best birth control in the world is keeping your knees together-- and I wish more of them would do it! Let them pay for their OWN "fun"-- you know, if it feels good, do it, and leave me out of it. There is no reason why I need to pay for their stupidity.
Which is all the more reason why they should have - the option NOT to replicate themselves.
[ In Reply To ..]
You: OLD.
Brain: TIRED.
They have the option now *sigh* - and still increase like rabbits
[ In Reply To ..]
sad to say. Guess they are too lazy to go the drugstore to pick it up. *SIGH*
Those who need the option most often can't afford it. - Or for religious reasons, perhaps, werent taught.
[ In Reply To ..]
The narrow-mindedness of your statements, especially seeing as how you gain so much of your "information" from daytime trash TV, speaks volumes.

Dems against life, against self-expression - against freedom

[ In Reply To ..]
Dems just want complete, blind devotion with no accountability, especially for their party.

You say that like it is a bad thing - maestro

People Take Birth ControlMar 04, 2012
Not just to prevent pregnancy - To regulate menstrual cycles, as treatment for other female problems, menopause issues etc. These are many medical reasons for taking birth control, not just to prevent pregnancy. Am I missing something? Because I think that birth control should be looked at as another method of treatment for female problems not just a means of preventing pregnancy. i.e. a woman who has ovarian cancer gets a hysterectomy and afterwards needs hormone replacement so her phys ...

I Think The Cost Of Birth Control Is A Problem For Jul 01, 2014
I know when I was young and needed it most people actually had some money left over to pay for stuff like that after your essentials came out - can any of us MTs honestly say we could afford birth control today if we had to use it? And we are not the only ones who have been victims of corporations lowering and lowering your pay while prices in the real world went up and up. I do think free contraception is a good thing. Contraception stops unwanted pregnancy = prevents abortion. I think this ...

Expert Compares Free Birth Control To Forced AbortionsAug 02, 2011

Family-PAC Vice President Sandy Rios was invited on Fox’s “America’s Newsroom” to discuss the Obama administration’s order that insurance providers cover birth control at no extra cost. Planned Parenthood Paid $3 For Birth Control But Billed MedicaidNov 12, 2015
A little-known whistleblower lawsuit accuses Planned Parenthood clinics in Iowa of wrongly siphoning millions of American taxpayer dollars with a series of complicated billing schemes aimed at increasing profits. Among other dishonest practices, a former manager of the clinics alleges, Planned Parenthood staffers routinely purchased birth control pills for just under $3, billed Medicaid $35 for the same package of pills, and got reimbursed for $26. Who Made It About Abortion? Aug 22, 2012
After Republicans regained control in the 2010 elections Troy Newman said: ''I feel like a little boy on Christmas morning -- which package do you open up first?'' said Troy Newman, the leader of Operation Rescue, an anti-abortion group. Already, abortion opponents were considering pressing for new regulations in New Mexico, Iowa and Kansas, where Sam Brownback, the Republican governor-elect, follows Democratic governors who vetoed some abortion limits approved by the Republ ...

Abortion Pills......Jun 30, 2014
Hobby Lobby does not want to pay for someone's abortion - this is about abortion folks, not about birth control......and it is about freedom to follow one's religious beliefs - do we prevent a certain other religion from taking time off for prayers during the day?  No - because we don't want to infringe upon someone's religion - but somehow because it is the Christian faith in this case - we think it's wrong for them to ask to practice their faith?  This issue ...

Abortion. Can We Really Afford To Be Wrong?Sep 05, 2012
My personal journey to an answer for this difficult question has been neither one of religious discovery nor a form of moral evolution.  It is this conclusion--which, while difficult to come to for me personally as a former pro-choice advocate, has been as inescapable as it has been wrenching: It isn't necessary to argue religion.  It isn't necessary to examine moral systems of thought.  From a purely scientific and medical standpoint, there is absolutely no point in th ...
