They never stop talking, but they never talk about anything of substance. If it's mean-spirited and fits on a bumper sticker, that's as much as they can deal with. Ask for more than that and you get more bumper-sticker mentality, more words, still no substance.

I have people working with me who love what they do just as I do, and I want to make it worth their while. I could keep all of that for myself, and most CEOs would, but I do better by sharing both the work and the profits. It's working beautifully! By the way, I'm a Moderate Independent. I would raise the minimum wage because I believe it would be good for our country. People would have more money to spend. Businesses would have more customers who could spend more, and it goes on from there.

My granddaughter's cousin, 8 years old, on her dad's side basically drowned today. She is still alive, but we don't know what the outcome will be and what damage has been done.
