They're putting back the language of "Jerusalem is, and always will be, the capital of Israel" and the phrases using "God" that were in the 2008 campaign but were taken out in this year's campaign (and Durbin flew off the handle about yesterday). Hmmmmmmmm. Wonder why? Could it be they got too much flak over it???

being interviewed by Bret Baier and asked the simple question of why God was taken out, and instead of simply answering, DD went off on a tangent about how Democrats aren's Godless. It was hysterical. Anyway, I think it was the flak and have to say also piss poor management on the part of the Democratic party. Is that word allowed?

a bit over the top, even for DD. It was a straightfoward question, documented by all the information taken from past conventions (they do the same comparison for Republicans). I thought DDs answer and behavior somewhat odd. He looked like a man on the edge.

God in the platform, and there were some comments, like "just let them do what they want to do" and actually the "no" vote sounded a bit louder. They did it AGAIN!! Sounded the same. They really made fools of themselves, but I doubt you will see this on Lamestream. You can't make this stuff up!

A good opportunity for Durbin to make amends and also get his point of view out there, especially with all the confusion and turmoil the Democrats seem to be experiencing today. It seems as if the convention is in total chaos today. They really seem to need some cooler heads to prevail, but unfortunately there does not seem to be any on the horizon. If the White House has been run like this convention, it is easy to see why things are such a mess for so many.

opportunity, but I think the problem is he doesn't have a cool head and couldn't put aside the fact that he now looks like a fool. Many of the Democrats seem to be that way. They have a hard time accepting responsibility for their words and actions. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying the show.

Background: My darling son had a brain tumor when he was 3 and had surgery to have it removed. It grew back twice and he had two subsequent surgeries.
