Well, it seems I have myself in a corner. I was eating what I wanted, how much I wanted, etc. I have dealt with GERD symptoms before, but not so severe as now. I wake up with bad heartburn, etc. I vow to eat more sensibly and smaller amounts at a time. I love hot tea throughout the day, and decaf coffee, one cup per day. Can anyone tell me:
1. Does green tea have caffeine? A friend suggested I drink this.
2. Is decaf tea and coffee still harmful with GERD?
Thanks for any advice regarding things to avoid, etc.
