I didn't keep my diet journal this week and according to my home scales I think I have gained 2 pounds. Totally my fault, but feeling down in the mouth and hating the idea of going to weigh in tonight. Have lost consistently up until now. Hoping I can forgive myself and do better next week. Such a long journey to lose all the weight I need to. Quite a few life time members in our group that are encouraging. I better go, fess up and take it as a lesson to do better.
