it, and it can be pretty rough depending on what you are use to eating. The portions are quite small, but it absolutely works. So, just get your mind game on that you are doing it, and congrats to you for taking the plunge.

Funny, I just signed up with them, too, this morning! I have a trip coming up in a month, and while I should lose 30 lbs total, I'm going to be happy with 10 before the trip. My cholesterol is also high, and my sugar is on its way up. I signed up for their Basic Women's program at the $239+ for 28 days.
I just ordered the Shaun T Insanity program! - I MUST be insane!

I lost a little over 100 pounds about two years ago and I have kept it off, but my body STILL isn't how I would like it to be, so I figured I would try out that Insanity program. I know it will be VERY hard, BUT with all of that cardio, how can you not have results. Good luck to yall and to me, ha ha, I'm gonna need it.
That program really is Insane! - Nony

My neighbor used that program and it really worked for her. I took one look at it and ran, LOL. I'm too lazy for that!
