I had a baby 2 years ago and I have not worked out a day since then (bad I know). Now, with summer coming up, I need to tone up and get in shape. Anyone have a good workout they can share to lose the baby weight. I've got about 10 pounds to lose, which isn't bad, but I'm so out of shape and kind of puffy, no muscle! I really don't want to join a gym as I have a treadmill and some weights but really have no idea what kind of workout to do.
