Essure tubal versus laparoscopic tubal

Does anyone have advice on the pros and cons of these 2 procedures? I am so unsure of what to do. I am 39 and sure I want no more children. The price for the tubal is why I am hesitating. I have a $2500 deductible to meet and then pay 20% after that. The operation is anywhere from 6 to 8000. I hesitate about the hormones in the IUD and other side effects I have read about. ...
