Vaccinations versus "imprinting"

My daughter and SIL told me that they are using imprinting instead of vaccinating their kids. Not vaccinating was a worry for me and they knew this, so when I asked what "imprinting" was - they got defensive and said that I don't support them in their decisions.....can anybody enlighten me? I have googled all day and can't find anything.

The people who are worried about vaccinating their kids would probably be better served by getting their immunizations and working to clean up the environment, i.e., Teflon, PCBs, pesticides, herbicides and artificial hormones.
