Cracking joints - silly thought

I live up north and the weather is making a drastic change today. Anybody else get achy sore joints when this happens? My knees are killing me. Any home remedies? ...

I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem. Sometimes my finger joints, knees, wrists, and ankles get so stiff that I cannot move them unless I pop them. Sometimes they hurt extremely bad until I pop them, sometimes no pain, and sometimes they just won't pop.
