Please pray for my knee

Have you ever had Synvisc, Euflexxa, Hyalgan, or Supartz injections? Did they help? I've Googled it and have read yays and nays. My doctor suggested I try a series of Euflexxa. I've had many cortisone shots, but my doctor said cortisone actually makes the cartilage weaker (and I have thinning cartilage), so he doesn't want to do anymore of those, which I hate because they are like a miracle cure! Does anyone have any tips for working iwth OA of the knee? My right knee hurts so much I cannot push on the foot pedal. I use the left foot but still can only transcribe about 20 minutes without a long break. I am freaking out because I can't work and therefore can't pay my bills. TIA! ...

I had a knee arthroscopy February 1. I've had arthroscopic surgery before, but these incisions look different this time. There are two incisions about mid-knee, right and left sides of knee, that look like typical sutures tied with a knot, but below these two are smaller incisions with what appears to be a strand of suture running lengthwise across the incisions. Have been told by orthopod that I have bone-on-bone in my right knee. He suggested surgery and gave me Tramadol for the pain. Surgery is not an option financially at this time. I have been losing weight in order to take some of the pressure off. I cannot take the Tramadol and work because it makes me sleepy. Cannot take NSAIDs because of the GI side effects. I had a total knee replacement thinking I would be better by now and I think I made matters worse. I never sleep through the night. I take 2 percocets before going to bed and it relieves my pain, but I am more than 3 weeks out from surgery. It was supposed to be much better at this point. My dad is having an angiogram on his leg this Thursday to see if they can put stents in to open blockages and get some blood flow back to his foot which has an ulcer that is getting worse and will only get better if they can increase circulation to the area.
