The #UniteTheRight rally has started in #charlottesville. A counter protester threw a punch calm was quickly restored.

Ahead of the rally, another group has joined - chanting "blood and soil" as they approach

Counterprotesters are throwing water balloons filled with pink paint at white nationalists - as seen on this police car

And on cue, another all out brawl. Antifa firing pepper spray. Had to leave area after filming this.

What happened at Berkley was disgusting. BLM also have a justifiable cause to a degree to protest, but when they started rioting in Baltimore, vandalizing and looting, they became disgusting also. What happened in Virginia was also disgusting.

I have read so many times on here that Obama instigated the BLM movement and violence. Well, by the same reasoning, Trump instigated the Nazi/white supremacist movement and violence in Virginia.

None of this is healthy for our country and it is only pitting you against me and I also find that disgusting. No matter what source you read, they are not the ones responsible for what you believe. People need to learn to read information, process that information and make their own judgments. It's not about right against left, Trump against Obama, you against me. It's about what is right and what is wrong and frankly I do see wrong at all levels in this country but I don't blame the media.

Even if a reporter may believe differently than the owner of the media, they will put the spin on what the person who signs their paycheck wants them to.

Nothing more. I made no comments. It was not from a conservative news site, nor do I consider CBS as liberal. I just thought some people would like to see some of the photos and tweets of this rioting. It just goes to show that people on this board don't really take the time to read articles, just look at the pictures and headlines. Yes, I think it was the guy who tried to hold a news conference about what happened but the counter-protesters started harassing until someone tried to punch him so the police had to take him away.

Now...today's news reporter "heard that the police were told to stand down" and wanted to know if it was true. No answer, but where were they through most of this?
