And it's in my old name (I got married this year).

Can I still vote? I don't know what this means.

I don't have my old ID. I have my drivers license in my new name, maybe the picture will be enough? I don't know.

I might be able to do a mail-in ballot. I'll have to check.

trying to prevent people from voting with the new ID laws and clamping down on early voting, etc., it would probably be a problem. How about just your marriage license? Wouldn't that explain the discrepancy? Old bills that still have your unmarried name on them? In the states where the shenanigans are not going on, I agree with the poster who said you are a citizen and have the right to vote. You have your driver's license with your picture and home address, and probably a simple explanation would do it.
