Should never have been pLrosecuted. This is called "Obama's Revenge." (just one of them) He manages to get even with all those who "cross him."

He pled to the charge. Question is whether he deserved to be charged. Well, he got caught. And, yes, he writes things unfavorable to the sitting President. Suppose you could look at the 8 months confinement as a time for reflective writing...I look at it as a hope that the "therapy" time will change him. I think he's crazy or at best just an out and out liar with some of the stuff in the movie 2016--unless he would like to sell it as fiction.

Just listened to Megyn Kelly interview with D'Souza about this and he seemed okay with it...and said that he gets to teach English to new immigrants and "a good part of the sentence and I actually thanked the Judge for it, is I am going to be teaching English to new immigrants to this country so I will be helping with an assimilation process." and then regarding being in the community center, "believe me they are all going to be Republicans by the end of it."

and he thinks that's okay. Indoctrination is the Republican way nowadays. Not that you offer the educational tools to analyze and decide for yourself (because we can see all those liberals that created), back to indoctrination/assimilation. (Right along with Texas re-writing the history books.)

Perhaps this will backfire on him. Maybe he will understand more about the people he serves his time with and he will become more liberal! He's not a stupid man, just misguided.

Clinton did it, too. Even though he was an epic fail (but not as bad as the current president), the last honest Democrat in office was Jimmy Carter. Lots of skeletons in that Clinton closet. The guy admitted to multiple counts of breaking the law. His guilt was not at issue. Why should he get a pass?

He got 5 years probation and 8 months in a halfway house along with community service and zero prison time. So what? Obama did not make him break the law nor force him to admit to breaking the law nor decide his sentence.

He's my grandson but so out of control. The parents punish him for anything he does wrong. It's to the point when they visit, I want to hide.
