That would be $134 billion with a "B," to be exact, a 10% slash. He touts welfare-to-work programs, but seems to think they can successfully make it through them without food. He tries citing fraud (sound familiar?) despite the inconvenient truth that it was at an all-time low in 2010. Nonetheless, under the Ryan plan, starving people can make it if they try harder.

Now we're a "service economy" and there are too many low-wage jobs for them to be reserved for people working their 1st job, or teenagers.
Probably be seeing a lot more unionizing if food stamps get cut. Or riots. Or both.
