That poll posted below was based on faulty info. This is the real deal. People are sick of Obama's lies, and they just keep coming.. and he says them with a straight face and his folksy talk. I'm glad I see through him - always have, but I'm a fast learner. I don't need to be beat over the head.

I only hope and pray that the rest of America wakes up before it is too late for our country to get back on track the way it was planned by our forefathers. People need to expand their horizons beyond the feed from MSNBC.

There have been a few glitches, one of which was the calamity of events that allowed the appointment GWB by the SCOTUS (not to mention the calamity of events that followed), but I think we've done a pretty good job at keeping things rolling constitutionally in America.

It's important to remember how different things were back then in all aspects of human existence. For instance, many of our forefathers owned slaves at one point in their lives.

Also, technology advancements bring forth many challenges to a clear interpretation of the constitution.

There is no way our forefathers could have planned for America today or America tomorrow, but a huge amount of credit should be given to the leaders and citizens through time who have continued, as best as possible and with good intentions, to respect and uphold the constitution and its amendments.

Simply put for you, there will always be a need for amendments and changes in laws. However, the POINT of my original post was for people to open their eyes and TRY to see both sides of any situation instead of just one spoon-fed side from MSNBC or some other liberal-leaning media outlet. We need for America to be the way it was intended to be as outlined in the Constitution. End of story. I will not be commenting further on this issue.

Regarding being spoon-fed: I had a previous conversation with a poster who labeled CNN and MSNBC untrustworthy, but refused to offer me the reliable sources they depend on, claiming their sources would be trashed.

I reject RW criticism of sources cited by Democrats when RW posters don't feel confident enough in their sources to name them.

And we need America to address the needs of all people. How America was intended to be as outlined in the Constitution is subjective, so I respect your opinion, but I believe amendments 11 through 27 are very important to addressing the needs of all Americans. I can only assume you disagree since you omitted them in your posts. And that's fine. It's your belief system and I respect that.

The poll below is not the same poll. The poll you posted is a job approval poll. The one below (if it is the one I think you are referring to) is most admired man in America. President Obama is the most admired man in America, so I doubt the American people think he is a liar. They may have issues with his job performance at this point, but that does not mean he is a liar. As for the job approval poll, I think that will change soon for the better.

I just took a look at Real Clear Politics and noticed that President Obama's job approval rating is overall +3.4 and Gallup has it at +11 for the past couple of days, and more people polled have approved of his job performance than have not for quite some time. If this is the case, and it appears to be, why would people vote for Mitt Romney and deal with the unknown? It strikes me as odd since Romney seems to be somewhat ahead in the polls with the exception of IBD/TIPP. ...
