I'm getting stale cigarette smoke coming through the air vent in my apartment, from the people in the apt. above me. Our building property manager won't do a thing, and I do NOT want to approach my neighbors personally, cause I'm not good at this kind of thing and would probably make things worse. I have had CTS for over 20 years but a new symptom has me questioning RA or OA. I'm waking up with pretty bad hand and wrist pain, numbness and extreme weakness bilaterally.
