If you didn't see the candidates' speeches, do yourself a favor and find the video. It just aired, so I doubt it's on-line yet or I'd post a link.

Both of them were terrific and funny.

Please, no snarks or jabs. They came together for a good cause. Let's just enjoy it for what it was.

Romney really got some good zingers in there - I know he didn't write it, but he was actually pretty funny and looked loosened up - my favorite zinger was how they should be happy at the end of the day, they have what matters, or something like that. He has Ann, and Obama has Bill Clinton. Funny.

to see their reaction. The guy on the right behind them laughed more at Romney's joke (and I thought Romney did a great job). Katie Couric, on the left, really laughed hard at one joke about Obama.

Also noticed Ann Romney was there but I didn't see Michelle. Was she there or was that empty chair for her?

All in all, it was nice that they got together for charity.

Every year I make turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, cranberry sauce, homemade bread and pumpkin pie. The daughters will bring another dessert or two. I live in the south. How does Thanksgiving dinner differ from the northern states to the sourthern ones? From east to west? Here in the south we have the usual turkey like everyone does.
