Jobs report suddenly accurate

All during his campaign Donald Trump denied the truth of job reports and unemployment statistics. Now that there is one that is favorable to him, he says it is accurate. It would be funny if it weren't so sad. I must say he is taking lying to an entirely new level. How can Trump supporters believe anything he says?

I said that Trump did not believe it until now and I find that sad but amusing. Even Spicer and the press corps laughed about it. I did believe it in the past and I believe it now. Trump is not only lying, he is institutionalizing lying.

Am I the only non-leftist person who has growing concerns about this pattern of behavior of creating diversions, pleading ignorance, make promises in riddles, making very serious allegations that are so ridiculous that the FBI will not even investigate, or just plain lying? Wake up people. I am very disappointed in what I thought was something due to lack of government experience that turns out to be dishonesty and arrogance.....or in other words, just another dishonest politician in training who appears to be a slower learner.

feeling. I too had hope for this administration, but now am more worried than I have been in a very long time. I agree also that many are still lashing out about what Obama did or did not do instead of facing the present issue with President Trump. My husband had warned me that he would be like this, but I did not listen. I can only hope that someone finds a way to make him see what he is doing and he can make a change before it is too late.

you need to read as much as you can on Steve Bannon. He is the man behind Trump and his aim, in his own words, is to tear down as many government institutions that he can. Thus you have people like Pruitt, Perry, etc., who are heading agencies whose missions they don't believe in.

You can probably dig up these old videos if you don't remember this. Now that there is a favorable report under his administration (same agency, same way of calculating) he claims it is accurate.

While Trump holds the media to a high standard (that he does not adhere to himself) concerning fake news, he is also trying to drive their agenda by switching gears in the middle of fake news that he creates with his outlandish claims. The house intelligence committee has demanded proof regarding the wire-tapping claims and that Obama broke the law in a big way. Will he produce it? Why would he let Obama off if that were true? The FBI, the intelligence committee, 8 republican national security members of congress, and the former director of national intelligence, Clapper, all say this did not happen. Spicer, is trying to distance himself from questions, which are his job to answer. Kellyann does the diversion thing with "what I can tell you is there are all kinds of forms of surveillance," which was not the question AT ALL. What will Trump do? He will come up with a highly sensitive subject to create a diversion, trying to drive the media in a different direction. This is becoming more and more predictable with each passing day.

He was "against" the investigation into Russia interfering with the U.S. election. Why? Wouldn't that be on a president's top list of priorities?

The 3 to 5 million people who voted illegally, the largest electoral votes in U.S. history (good one), the unemployment status, the American people do not care about my taxes, and just on and on and on, not to mention those who will be hurt most by the new healthcare plan are one group - the Trump voters. Everything about the cost of the wall was a lie. Even his crime rate figures are a lie. DIVERSION. Once many of his followers hear this, they consider it true, no matter how many times he is proven to be wrong. During his campaign, Trump promised to protect Medicare and Social Security, but now Paul Ryan wants Medicare redressed into a premium paying system. Do you trust Trump not to let that happen? Do you trust him not to involve us in another military conflict we do not belong in? With the billions in military spending, I doubt it. Are his supporters willing to put their boots on the ground first, their husbands, sons, daughters?

I have gone over all the facts and figures since his campaigning through these first weeks of presidency, trying to support what he was telling the American people. Now either he is really, really stupid and just makes stuff up (which I think is the case), or he is going to be the most dishonest president we have had in very many decades. This is scary, being Commander in Chief, people have to be able to trust him and take him seriously. Doesn't he realize that?

Stop comparing him to ANY other president. He is the PRESIDENT RIGHT now. Don't both parties have the right to expect better than this?

I have a lady who comes to clean every other week. I have 4 cats and they are all long haired and yes they do shed. This person has now worked here probably at least 3 months or longer.
