PriceWaterhouse published a statement that the data they were commissioned to collect for the report from insurance industry a few days ago was cherry-picked. They also state they did not take into account the savings that would occur with the reform plan under consideration in their findings (as requested by health insurance industry).

There is always cherry picking involved in these cases. If they truly took all the data into consideration, they would never be able to sway people one way or another. This is politics. We really need to stop being so naive when stuff like this comes to light.
Does it make it right.....Of course not and this should be made known to the public but really this is not an uncommon thing when one group wants something pushed through and another group doesn't. Both sides are going to do this....one side just got caught.
