Michele Bachmann to lead "house call" protest. She's already been warned that Pelosi might do something to stop it. Ms. Bachman said this is "the people's" house. She can try all she wants but it's our house.

Another headline I read said- Michele Bachmann offers Nancy Pelosi a House call, plus what appears to be a free HR3962 enema".

She said in another article -

"This doesn't have to pass and I don't think it will pass if we can get people to literally, physically come to Washington, D.C. next week, anytime next week but specifically Thursday at noon we need to pay a house call on Nancy Pelosi and tell her what she can do with the Pelosi healthcare plan,". "This is our liberty and tyranny moment. This is it. This is about patriotism, and manning up. Some would say she's on the leading edge. I would say she's on the edge of insanity. She is a creationist, doesn't believe in evolution, and thinks loads of Nobel Prize winning scientists agree with her. She described Terry Shiavo as healthy. She doesn't believe carbon dioxide is harmful. Need links to her saying all that and more craziness? Here ya go.

When I posted I knew you both would be the first ones to reply with a bashing at someone who is not on "your side".

So what if she is a creationist. She might just be right. You have your beliefs and she has hers. Doesn't mean you are right or wrong. It's just your beliefs. And since what she is doing now has nothing to do with Terry Shiavo that has nothing to do with the current topic. Just because she believes in creationalism doesn't have anything to do with what she is doing (the house call). The people I call the crazy ones is the spiteful ones who will bash someone because they think differently than them.

First of all I didn't 'bash' Bachmann - but merely her naÃ¯ve notion that 'busloads' of Americans showing up in DC would make a difference.

We were 500,000 to a 1,000,000 strong - on multiple occasions trying to stop the bush war machine and BOTH parties in Congress pretty much ignored us.

After more than 40 years of MT'ing, I have lost 80% hearing in left ear and 10% in right ear. This, according to doc, is definitely due to constant sound assault on my ears for all of these years. I now need dual hearing aids; the left ear to compensate for severe hearing loss and the right ear to prevent hearing loss. I will be getting them within the next week. My real concern is whether I will be able to wear either my in-the-ear headset or over-the-head head ...

Hi, all. I was diagnosed last year with hearing loss and this year went back for test and there is a significant drop. They are doing a couple of tests to rule out Meniere's Disease at the end of this month. No matter what, I am going to have to get something to help me continue in this field or go with another job (nursing, coding, etc.). I am working with the Ability Works in my state and they will help me get equipment like hearing aids, specialized heatsets, etc. ...
