Judge Gorsuch on his 3rd day of hearing

It's sad. The hate coming from Franken and Whitehouse is disgusting. All the Dems are asking questions that can't be answered yes or no but don't want an explanation. Others like Franken and Whitehouse don't want a judge who follows the rule of law or the Constitution,they want a political judge and they want him to push to change law, which, as Judge Gorsuch stated over and over again "That's not my job. That's your job" (pointing out that he means Congress).

I don't believe Franken even knows how government works and how the courts work. I think he better go back to school. The women on the committee, especially Sen. Hirono, always pulls up women's rights. She has asked this question over and over again. She also wants yes or no answers if judges should be beholden to the winner of the election. He never answers yes or no. Can't do it. She is so zeroed in on one article and she's not seeing the answer but doesn't want him to answer unless it's yes or no! Sen. Klobuchar and Sen. Feinstein have their own agenda, too. Feinstein is for gun control and she wants him, if confirmed, to uphold any case against the 2nd Amendment. Uh, uh. Not his job. Why don't they understand the constraints? Because they want a lap dog to do their bidding. They want the Supreme Court to be political and that is not the definition of the judicial side of government.

are biased but many aren't. I take polls with a grain of salt but when most polls are showing the same or near same results, it gives an idea of the feeling of the country, such as the ones that show Trump with a very low rating. It might differ a few percentage points, but still low.

After more than 40 years of MT'ing, I have lost 80% hearing in left ear and 10% in right ear. This, according to doc, is definitely due to constant sound assault on my ears for all of these years. I now need dual hearing aids; the left ear to compensate for severe hearing loss and the right ear to prevent hearing loss. I will be getting them within the next week. They are doing a couple of tests to rule out Meniere's Disease at the end of this month.
