Spring forward. Don't forget to set your clocks

So you will lose one hour of sleep unless you go to bed an hour early. I almost forgot, until I read a post on the Nuance board. Starting this thread will help me remember. I was once an hour late to work because of this and can't tell you how many times I've woke up confused about the time. So if you're anything like me, maybe this thread will save someone from being late to work or church tomorrow.;
