In an interview on "Extra," Clint Eastwood talked about his big night at the RNC as the mystery guest: "If they were dumb enough to ask me to go to a political convention and say something, they're gonna have to take what they get." Clint sure does have an odd way of paying respects to his RNC hosts, the event and the audience.

Problem was, it derailed, big time, the message the RNC wanted - people to talk about (not a chair).
