dumb question

I have a really dumb question. I have moderately severe osteoarthritis of my hip. I am finding it increasingly difficult to sit at a desk or table for longer than 15 or 20 minutes at a time. I find I am fairly more comfortable sitting on my recliner sofa and it's easier on my hip. Do any of you work at a desk or table? Do you have any suggestions. Some nights it's almost unbearable to sit for any length of time especially when it rains. Thanks ahead of time.;

You might want to eliminate all cow's milk and dairy products from your diet as it wreaks havoc on your joints. Try almond milk, which I think is just as good. You can get your calcium from dark leafy greens (kale, collards) which is a better source anyway. I sauté my greens in a cast-iron frypan with garlic and coconut oil (the only oil that doesn't turn toxic when heated. Olive oil is really not our friend, if heated -- okay if used cold.)

I have a friend who plops her laptop on her lap and works from a recliner. I would imagine you might need to get up every hour or so and walk around a bit, but we do that now anyway, right?

I used to have knee pain but when I quit dairy, the pain stopped. America needs an overhaul of its dietary practices. We are a toxic nation, for sure.
