North Carolina Democratic House hopeful Clay Aiken put the blame of the Veterans Affairs scandal on President Barack Obama, calling the VA “unwieldy” and “very mismanaged.”

“I certainly think the president is responsible for it at the end of the day,” Aiken said. “He is the Commander-in-Chief of the military, he is the executive. The buck has to stop with him.”

As to Obama being responsible, I think he is on the record on this issue. the fact that there is no definitive RESULT in 24 hours doesn't mean SQUAT!
