The attorney has 2 choices here: File a frivolous lawsuit destined to fail or express his or her displeasure at the ballot box. Drawing one-sided overblown conclusions about HCR legislative process and so called democratic tactics in the absence of equal time being given to the relentless obstruction by the party of no, smear campaigns, lies and declarations of culture wars is ludicrous and void of any and all credibility.
