RETURNING PHONE CALLS

If you leave a message that you need someone to call you back, how much time goes by before they are just being rude for not getting back to you? My sister-in-law screens her calls and half the time doesn't answer the phone, then doesn't call back. After four days of waiting the last time I sent her an E-mail by way of her daughter (she doesn't have a computer) and she got a little huffy with me. Am I being difficult?

[ In Reply To ..]We would need to know if she does this with everybody who calls, or just you. If she does it with everybody, don't take it personally, she just hates returning calls or talking on the phone in general.
If she does it only with you, then take it personally, but ask yourself the burning question (and be honest) WHY doesn't she want to talk to you? You don't have to tell us, but if you're the only one she is like this with, something is going on.
