He was a career FBI officer and was at the pinnacle of his career. He served with Pres. Reagan and Bush. he found the Clinton Administration to be a stark, horrible contrast.

He was one of two FBI agents permanently assigned to the White House.

You should read his book. He quit over the Clintons.
