Totally disgusting they want to cut benefits from those who pay the ultimate price. The government needs to honor its contract with the troops.

Medicare supplements for military - sm

Non-military retirees pay between $ 85 to $250 per month for Medicare supplement insurance.
Obama’s proposals for military include a $200 annual fee for retired military families who want to continue coverage under a Tricare-for-Life program that supplements Medicare coverage for veterans over 65.
The Obama plan also would do away with co-pays for mail-order drugs and use a percentage co-pay rather than a set fee for in-pharmacy purchases.
I would have to know more before I can decide about this.

[ In Reply To ..]we could cut benefits to politicians. I see no reason to punish the rest of us when the politicians are the ones who have gotten us into this mess. Seems only fair to me that they should be the ones to take a cut before anyone else should. Just my opinion though.
