I've liked him for some things, but this isn't exactly a high-minded - statement. What's he up to to start trolling

this way? Surely he isn't intending to start a run for President in with the same losing suck-down-to-the-base tactic that lost the last two general elections for the GOP?

A check of his Truth-o-Meter rating shows that until now he'd chosen to be pretty responsible in his statements up to this point.

the possibility, mind you, that Obama DOES hate the second amendment? We already know he hates the Constitution. Why not the second amendment? You are just not used to seeing anyone call out Obama on his - shall we call them radical ideas. If we had had a news media the past 4 years, you would have seen a lot more, but they are so far up you know where, that's become the norm.

It's hard to imagine a constitutional scholar like Obama - hating any part of the Bill of Rights. The

Second Amendment, after all, is about national defense, and its history and the intent of our Founding Fathers, and theories about its appropriate application in the modern world, are things he could lecture on for hours.

I do feel pretty comfortable believing that he did truly hate what happened in Newtown. After all, most of us do. It's a hard, harsh word, outrageously misused, but in that case maybe not too strong for once.

we even achieved a full-fledged democracy by allowing ALL our citizens to vote, that it disenfranchised women until the 20th century, that the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery was not adopted until 1865 and not fully ratified by all states until 1995 (only 18 years ago), I'd say that the original document was (how shall I put this?) deeply flawed.

I had heard about his misuse of taxpayer money for a long time, but I thought it was minor issues. "After reporting by the Times/Herald, Rubio did pay the Republican Party of Florida $2,400 for plane flights he double-billed to state taxpayers and the party." That is not a minor issue.
