Fox Correction: "We Have Made Some Regrettable Errors On-Air Regarding The Muslim Population In Europe"

Fox Host: There Is "No Credible Information" To Support Existence Of Muslim "No-Go Zones"

From the January 17 edition of Fox News'

Although, as noted, the retraction was at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night.  They wouldn't really want to confuse their populace too much, just the really diligent who watch 24/7.

Jindal apparently missed the memo - more no-go nonsense

"But we will never allow for any sect of people to set up their own areas where they establish their own set of laws."

---Unless they are some ethnicity that came from Europe and we approve of, preferably Christian, but definitely not Muslim.

Unfortunate that they only apologize when - caught internationally

[ In Reply To ..]
There is a whole lot of apologizing they could do to reeducate and better inform their viewers.

Jeannie Pirro looked positively euphoric in her apology piece. She might at least effect a serious nature in her false apology.

Not a smidgen of corruption at IRS...

Oh, this is too rich. My stomach hurts from laughing.
Me too on the laughing. Fox only "apologizes" - if they get caught and embarrassed
[ In Reply To ..]
or I'd say they must have stepped over a line and Murdoch just couldn't put up with it (or Saudi Prince Al-Waleed threatened a little Sharia law for them and they would have to lower those skirts). They embarrassed even Rupert this time, and from what I can see, he puts up with a lot.

As to the President needing to apologize there are a whole lot of forces beyond his control affecting the platform he presents. There were a whole lot of idiot Republicans sabotaging at every turn. If you didn't get to keep your doctor, blame the insurance industry. The IRS is no more scandalous than they ever have been, et cetera, et cetera. This is all based in reality, a reality that the Rupert gang does not live in.

Fox News has a whole lot more direct responsibility in affecting their journalism than the President can be held responsible for the wackos in Congress.
Fox News is NOT the POTUS. - SM

How many times have we heard journalists backtrack on a story? It happens all the time. But for the president of the United States to be a liar? OMG!! That's a whole new ballgame.

Mayor of Paris to sue Fox News over no-go - GOOD

Maybe some of the Fox News followers will wake up and smell the "news."

Obama’s Secret Terrorist-Tracking SystemAug 28, 2014
Excerpt: • The top five U.S. cities represented on the main watchlist for “known or suspected terrorists” are New York; Dearborn, Mich.; Houston; San Diego; and Chicago. At 96,000 residents, Dearborn is much smaller than the other cities in the top five, suggesting that its significant Muslim population—40 percent of its population is of Arab descent, according to the U.S. Census Bureau—has been disproportionately targeted for watchlisting. Residents and civil ...

Extreme Fatigue, Tingling In Back, Back Pain Mar 05, 2013
I know it is the most common complaint doctors hear - and for years I have had the stressed-tired-overworked fatigue - I know how that one feels.  But this has been going on a couple of months.  I am bone tired even after I sleep a lot.  My blood work showed I am hypothyroid so I started on medicine and also some supplements for that.  But nothing seems to be helping.  I have pain/fatigue across the area of my back right at the braline.  My arms and neck feel heavy. ...

I Just Got Back Home After Going To 6 DifferentFeb 25, 2012
only to find none at all on the shelves.  "WTF?" I'm thinking.  Maybe I had somehow ended up in the Twilight Zone. At the 6th store I went to, I asked what the deal was with Excedrin.  Where was it? Nobody knew or could give me an answer.  So I come home and type "Excedrin" into Google, and was shocked to learn that it's been recalled! (Along with 2 other, can't-do-without staples, No-Doz and Gas-X). Apparently it was recalled a month ago (something about t ...

Fed Wants Their Money Back?Mar 31, 2011
By LIZ MOYER And DAVID BENOIT  from WSJ online. One of the biggest secrets of the financial crisis was disclosed Thursday when the Federal Reserve released thousands of pages of data showing heavy discount-window borrowing by foreign banks, regional U.S. banks and institutions fighting for survival. It was the first time the Fed has given details about banks that borrowed from the central bank's oldest emergency-lending facility. Thursday's move was forced by lawsuits filed by B ...

Why Would Republicans Cut Back The IRS?Apr 13, 2011

"All I ask is that you consider the suggestion here.   The entire Congress of the United States is corrupt. And I mean both Houses and I mean both major parties..   I realize that a few Members of each House are trustworthy, but, as a group they are absolutely the most corrupt bunch to ever disgrace our Nation.   In November of 2010 the entire House of Representatives will stand for re-election; all 435 of them. One third of the Senate, a total of 33 of them, will also stand ...

Back To School . . . Aug 13, 2010
It is that time again.  School is about to begin and we will be sending our children into the classroom to be with educators who we think are safe for our children to be around.  Please, please, please, listen to your children.  If they feel uneasy about a teacher/situation, listen; and do something about it!
