Well, even though my home looks like a Currier & Ives Christmas card, we just now today got our power back totally. (Off since Friday) Our van we dug out yesterday. Luckily we have a wood burning heater, but have to go and buy some more wood now. Been "camping" in my own house with Coleman lanterns and cook stoves. Live on the side of a moutain with the view of beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains (Mt. Mitchell) out my picture window.
But.....not being able to work for 4 days, and top that off with my very bad medical condition raring its ugly head I cannot keep up.
In this household we are going to the old tradition of exchanging gifts on January 10. My taxes can be sent and it will be better.
Anybody else affected by this East Coast blizzard? I live in WNC 15 inches of snow. Almost a record breaker .
Blessed Christmas to All . . . . . .
