I'll be praying for you that God gives you strength to endure this painful situation, whatever it is that is troubling you. I know there are times I feel overwhelmed and like throwing in the towel, but waiting on God and not acting on my feelings gets me through--like you said you hope you can look back and thank him later. I know it's hard when you're feeling down. If you're really in a state of despair, maybe a suicide hotline would be the answer, just to have someone listen and understand. My daughter said to me "with every night, there's a day that follows." She didn't realize she was saying something similar in the Bible; though weeping may endure for the night, joy comes in the morning.

And I have no idea how I'm going to continue some days either. I sit here and cry, my heart is breaking, and I wish everything would end simply to stop the pain and stress.

I also have a prayer request I am posting this morning and know the pain of difficult times and wanting to just not have to go through any more struggling. At some point we all just get too tired to want to keep trying, but I think we have to hang on, although I'm not in a very good state of mind myself right now.

Anyway, let's just try to be strong together and hand in there for another day!

I am here for you, and wish I could give you and all of you a hug right now instead of an e-mail. My favorite spiritual quote in this situation is: If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. I believe this with my whole heart. He has saved me so many times when I thought the stresses were going to just overtake me. I pray this inspirational saying helps you to. Just keep repeating He will bring me through it. My favorite quote for just everyday is: Why just wait out the storm when you can dance in the rain! I love that. It says so much about thinking about the bright side, when you feel there isn't one. I heard once a long time ago to get a notebook and keep it beside your bed. Each and every night write down 5 things that you were thankful that happened throughout that day, and beside each one make notes as to why you were thankful for them. I heard once that someone had written down in theirs " I woke up. I was able to walk to the bathroom. I was warm, so I had heat. I was not wet, so I had a roof over my head. I was able to eat breakfast, so I had food. I was to work at my computer, so I had a job and electricity. I was able to pay most of bills, so I had money. I was able to lie down in a bed tonight, because I had one." Powerful words. So many things we take for granted each and every day that lots of people do not have. I hope some of this gives you a little comfort. I take a break often during the day and go outside and listen and watch the birds in my backyard. It always brings a smile to my face. I laugh a lot with my youngest daughter, and am thankful that she is healthy at that moment, because there are many times when she is not. I don't know if there is a way to contact me via e-mail through this site, but if there is,PLEASE DO. I don't check it often enough as I keep it just for MT Stars. But I will check it this week in case one of you need to talk. I hope some of this helps in a small way. I will pray for all of you, as I have walked in your shoes, too. There is a brighter future, and I truly believe that. You just have to ask and have faith. Hugs to all!
